Transportation Shadow Match is an interactive deck designed to strengthen visual-perceptual skills and drag-and-drop precision. Students see transportation items (such as cars, planes, trains, trucks, boats, and more) and must drag each item onto its matching shadow outline. Each card is intentionally designed so students must drag in different directions—left to right, right to left, diagonal, up, and down—to build well-rounded touchscreen motor control. What Students Do Look at the transportation item. Visually scan to locate the matching shadow. Drag the item across the screen in the required direction. Drop it precisely onto the outline. The structured directional variety increases motor planning and control while keeping the task engaging. Visual Skills Targeted Visual Discrimination Students must notice small differences in shape and details to match the correct shadow. Visual Scanning Students scan across the screen in multiple directions to locate the match. Visual Spatial Relationships Understanding: Position (top/bottom, left/right) Directionality Orientation of shapes Visual Closure Recognizing the object even when only its outline (shadow) is shown. Visual-Motor Integration Coordinating visual input with controlled hand movement while dragging. Motor Skills Strengthened Click-and-hold control
