Description: This digital lesson focuses on the job skill of Identifying and providing a customer their ticket. Students are provided a scenario and information that they will have to identify on the ticket, and determine which of three tickets, is the accurate ticket to give to the customer. Should a student work at a theatre or any environment where they will have to review tickets, they will need to be able to identify such information.
