Description
This seasonal activity targets Thanksgiving themed idioms, as well as making inferences.. After reading a short passage, students are asked to interpret the meaning of each idiom embedded in the passage. Additionally, there is an inferencing questions related to the passage. Each question includes a field of choices for extra support. This activity targets reading comprehension and utilizing context clues to make inferences and interpret idioms.
