Description: In MONSTERS LOVE CONTRACTIONS literacy center, students will write the component parts for each of the personal pronoun contractions. This aligns specifically with CCSS.ELA-Literacy.L.2.2c. However, working with contractions is appropriate and useful for 1st & 3rd grades, as well. These cards work well for a Valentine's Day center. However, monsters know no season, so this center can be used year around. These BOOM Cards are compliant with FERPA, COPPA, SOPIPA and SUPER.
