Description: Kids love birthday parties, and in fact, they plan them all year long. This audio book is written at a level h/i. The student reads the story (with or without audio support). Note-if you do not want audio support, you can turn the volume down during the reading of the book. After reading he/she completes comprehension questions with the drag and drop format, a sequencing events slide, extended response questions, and works on words with short i and long i (finding pictures, spelling words, and reading words). There is full audio support throughout the book and activities. It's best for first grade, and I am using these activities to guide my tutoring lessons. You can use it together and assign it for repeated practice afterwards.
