Description: This resource is a fun and engaging winter themed deck featuring interactive activities for 4 different winter holidays: Diwali, Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa. Each target sound has 20 targets for each position (initial, medial, final) for the following sounds: S, CH, SH, TH Prevocalic R has 40 targets Vocalic R has 30 targets (5 each for AR, ER, OR, AIR, EAR, IRE) L-Blends has 30 targets (5 each for BL, CL, FL, GL, PL, , SL) S-Blends has 35 targets (5 each for SC/SK, SL, SM, SN, SP, ST, SW) R-Blends has 35 targets (5 each for BR, CR, DR, FR, GR, PR, TR) Directions: Use the Table of Contents to navigate to the needed section. The student will follow the directions on each page and practice the word each item uncovers (the therapist can designate how many times the student will practice the word). The student will need to continue until every item has been moved in order for the slide to be counted as “correct” when submitted.
