This deck was created to help 1st and/or 2nd grade students practice skills typing on a keyboard. Students can build keyboard layout familiarity by typing words related to the holiday of Christmas. Includes fun, colorful illustrations for each Christmas-themed word. **NOTE: Includes text and images related to the religious meaning of Christmas and the birth of Jesus. Secular Christmas topics (ex: Santa Claus, Christmas trees, elves, reindeer, etc.) also included.** Use this resource to review/teach letter location on the keyboard, shift key for capital letters, and space bar! 16-card deck: - 1 title/name card - 15 word typing cards **Deck is designed to be self-grading. Answers will not be marked as correct unless the student types the word EXACTLY as it appears displayed above the typing box. (Including capital letters and spaces.) **When assigning to your students, feel free to select the specific cards with the words you want them to practice and HIDE the ones you don't want to use. **Compatible with computer and tablet keyboards
