These monsters want more teeth! Monster Teeth is an engaging way for your students to find the missing amount up to 10. Every card has an audio component that reads the math problem. Students may use "counting on" strategies to drag and drop the teeth to the monster's mouth. Using their keyboard, students will type in the number that completes the math equation before submitting their card. The cards are randomized allowing students additional practice to improve accuracy and speed. This activity will enhance automaticity of math facts and help develop your students' subitizing skills. This Monster Teeth activity would be great for back to school review for first or second graders and it also pairs nicely with a monster theme as there are numerous sources of literature to choose from.
