Description

Help students practice color naming, picture labeling, and vocabulary with this engaging BOOM Cards™ deck. Each page features a photographer and a collection of photos. All of the photos are different, but they share the same color. Students look carefully at the pictures, identify the shared color, and guess the photographer’s favorite color. Students can also practice naming the photos using single words, 2-word phrases, short sentences, speech, or AAC. Examples: “Red.” “Blue bird.” “Pink flower.” “I see yellow.” “Silver dress.” “Her favorite color is green.” This deck includes 22 color targets, including basic colors, neutrals, metallics, and expanded colors such as turquoise/teal, navy, maroon/burgundy, lavender, lime green, magenta/bright pink, and coral. Great for speech therapy, special education, AAC practice, vocabulary building, color naming, picture labeling, visual attention, and sentence building. There is nothing to click—students respond using their AAC devices and/or verbally.
