Description: This is a sample of a phonics lesson. I have full decks for the UFLI Phonics Program and the Sounds Write Phonics Program. The full decks would contain over 60 cards and take about 30-45 minutes to work through in one lesson. This sample is for the /er/ sound with spellings: er, ir, ur, and w+or. Compatible with Sounds-Write and UFLI Foundations which are proven systematic synthetic phonics programs which can be used as whole class instruction or intervention. This fun, interactive phonics deck targeting the /er/ sound allows practice with an instructor for words with spellings: er, ir, or, ur with sounds such as "fern, stir, worm, turn". Note: There is no audio in this deck. If the student is not familiar with this method then it is recommended that the instructor will read instructions to the student.
