Description
12 cards task students to decide if a word problem is multiplication or division. If the fraction problem is division, students will be need to determine which fraction will be first in order to set up the question correctly. This problem set is a good one to show how multiplication is commutative but that division is not. Many of my students found these questions a challenge -- particularly the division problems.
