This deck is great social skills reinforcement for students who struggle with knowing when it is appropriate to touch or hug other students. Each card gives a real world situation and asks if it is OK to hug or touch that person in that scenario. There are 40 different situations that are presented. This deck is great for special education students or those who struggle to understand social "rules". Each time the deck is played, the cards are presented in a different order, so students can play more than one time. As an extension, you could ask the students what they may do in a situation where the touch is not appropriate. *Please be aware that there are cards that ask about kissing, making out, and one that asks if it is OK to touch someone's boobs. This deck may not be appropriate for very young students or you may want to preview and hide those cards.
