Description: If You Take a Mouse to School extension activity targeting basic concepts SAME and DIFFERENT. On each card there are two icons. On some cards the icons are the same , and on some cards the icons are different. 8 cards are same 8 cards are different When teaching these concept, I usually hide the cards for one of the concepts. For example, when teaching different, I hide all of the same cards and go through the deck with students pointing out and emphasizing the DIFFERENT icons. When they have a stronger understanding of the concepts, I mix all cards in to practice.
