Bring some fun into your math class with this engaging apple-themed activity! Each page has a 2-by-5 array of spaces. Some of the spaces have apples, some do not. Students count the empty spots to see how many more apples they need to "make 10." As the student taps an empty spot, a green apple appears, helpingn with 1:1 correspondence. This activity uses simple design and repetition to help build early numeracy skills. Perfect for centers, small groups, individual or even whole group practice!
