Description: My 'Mr. Gingerbread Prepositions for December' deck targets 10 concepts: in, on, under, behind, next to, in front, between, above, below and over. It includes an opportunity to practice each preposition to check the child's understanding under the 'Practice' section. It also includes 2 different levels to expressively and receptively identify the preposition. -Level 1: visual field of 3 with one item in the background -Level 2: visual field of 3 with 2-3 items in the background -Find the missing presents with 3 different scenes. Have the student pick a picture to try and find the 5 missing presents. Once the present is found, talk about where the present is with the visual cues at the bottom. Collect all 5 presents by putting them into santa's bag. -Open ended scenes (decorate the christmas tree, decorate the gingerbread boy and decorate the gingerbread house). Use the scenes as open ended practice while giving students directions to demonstrate their understanding of concepts or discuss where the items are as the student decorates the scenes!
