Description
This new Animated Verb Boom Card resource with moveable pieces is designed to teach pronouns, verbs, WH questions, and expanding sentences. Each slide includes GIFs of children doing simple everyday activities and several related moveable pieces. Visuals are at the bottom of each page to elicit “who” “what” and "where". Three stacked circles that match the visuals on each page could be used to cover the visual as each sentence structure is expressed. Kids could also imitate the simple movements. The moveable pieces are great for preposition practice and following directions. *These boom cards may be used as conversation starters for students working on carryover of skills in articulation and fluency, and sentence formulation and expansion. The language targets are endless with this activity. Animated Verbs Include: climbing ladder, climbing stairs, cooking, hiding, painting, playing, jumping, skipping, standing up, throwing, and walking.
