Description
In this boom deck, students will be reading a run on sentence or a compound sentence and using a period to break it into two sentences. Students will also have to identify the word that needs to be capitalized and deleted. I know I can't be the only first grade teacher whose students have SO much trouble using periods. I plan on using this as a whole group lesson throughout the year to help my students with this skill.
