This open-ended activity contains 17 different sound loaded busy picture scenes that you can use all year long to practice S, Z, and S blends in sentences and connected speech! Features practice for initial S, medial S, final S, S in all positions, S blends, initial Z, medial Z, final Z, and Z in all positions. Each scene contains 10-18 targeted words . There are so many ways to use this activity! Here are just a few ideas: * Collecting spontaneous speech samples * Articulation in carrier phrases (I see a ____) * I Spy riddles: Describe items in the scene * Seek and Find games: Find pictures in the scene * Articulation in conversational speech * Carryover practice for generalization * Practice language skills (grammar, vocabulary, answering ?s) Optional: I have included green check marks in the bottom right hand corner of the screen so you can mark the pictures or words as you find them in the scene.
