Description
Research has shown the importance of phonemic awareness! Helping students identify sounds helps their reading and spelling. This deck focuses on CVC words with short u. They hear the word and are given a sound to "find" by dragging up the chip in the correct box for the beginning, middle, or end of the word. Improving phonemic awareness is also a great intervention for students that are struggling with phonics skills.
