Description: This alphabet set of task cards are a perfect companion to my alphabet poems for shared reading. This deck of alphabet activities focuses on the letter Bb and my letter Bb Alphabet Poem that is available in my TPT store in my Alphabet Poems for Shared Reading set. Students read the poem, find all of the letter B's in the poem and click on them, order the poem by dragging and dropping the lines, answer questions about the poem, and then move on to letter Bb focus activities. This set comes with both drag and drop activities and choose the correct answer activities. Students will sort letter B's by capital and lowercase, determine if pictures begin with the letter Bb, order letter Bb sentences, and more . This set would be perfect as an introduction to letter Bb at the beginning of the year. I would recommend using this set as a whole group activity on your smartboard at the beginning of the year, and then assigned as an individual task later in the year. This set does have a variety of activities and younger students may need guidance at first. Please keep this in mind before making your purchase.
