Description: Do you have students struggling with inferencing and describing? This deck is all about inferencing and describing items. It introduces a fun and unique way to make an inference on what item is in the bag, or describe what item they put in the bag. This deck includes two different interactive activities, one working on expressive language and one working on receptive language. With the expressive language activity (10 decks with 5 different items on each), students are asked to choose an item to put in the bag to hide it from the one who is guessing. They are then encouraged to describe that item to get the other person to guess. The receptive language activity (20 cards with a variety of different items) has a bag with an item in it and a description of the item. The student is encouraged to guess which item the description is describing.
