Description
In this BOOM deck students will see real pictures of different items used in construction. Students will help build a house by identifying the different tools used. By seeing the tools and getting acquainted with their names students will feel empowered and more apt to get hands on! In the first 13 cards students will help "load" the truck by identifying the first items. After the congratulatory card they will arrive at the "work site" to help finish building a home by identifying the next set of tools and equipment. At the end, students will see the house fully built and be congratulated. Some of the answer choices will be silly (you may hear giggles) as some students may not be familiar with the tools and this deck is meant to be an introduction to many tools seen in the trade. Warning, this deck may encourage your students to help start fixing things around the classroom. :) Enjoy!
