Phonemic Awareness skills are a group of skills which are one of the key components of literacy development. Segmentation and Blending skills are very important in learning how to hear and blend sounds in words for reading and spelling. The student listens to the segmented word, blends it back together to identify what they have heard. The full version pack contains 20 cards/words without blends. Each page has an audio recording of a word segmented. The student identifies the word after blending the sounds.
