Beginning and Ending Letter Sounds CVC Words is an engaging digital phonics activity designed to help young learners strengthen their understanding of beginning and ending sounds in CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) words. In the first 15 cards, students look at a picture and drag the correct beginning sound letter into the first box and the correct ending sound letter into the final box. Five letter choices are provided on each card, giving students opportunities to identify and distinguish individual phonemes. The next 5 cards provide an additional challenge. Students look at the picture and type both the beginning sound letter and ending sound letter in the corresponding boxes.
