Description
Your students are going to LOVE spending the day participating in a variety of winter activities while targeting the word "go" within this interactive core vocabulary activity! Each page contains core vocabulary phrases in visual and auditory formats! Just click the speaker button to hear a spoken model of the core phrase! Children can practice following directions and expressively using multiple core vocabulary phrases containing the core vocabulary word "go". Phrases targeted within this activity include: "Go up" "Go down" "Go fast" "Go slow" "Ready, set, go!" "Make go" "Go + (animal)" Activities include: going up and down sledding hills, climbing up and down snow forts, making animals "go" and "stop", throwing snowballs at a target, driving a snowmobile, ice skating, playing hockey and making a car go. This activity contains many open-ended activities which allow for practice following directions, answering questions, describing, commenting, pronouns, verbs, prepositions and more! This activity is not self-scoring and is intended to be used with a communication partner to facilitate communication. Each card contains a written direction suggesting how to use the card which is beneficial if assigning for home practice!
