I have created these cards for support in the area of contractions, specifically identifying the multiple choice contraction from words in context. This is the first in a set of two. This is to be used as a follow up and in support of contraction lessons you have taught. I have added sound to support and encourage students who are still working on decoding skills or benefit from auditory support, so that they can focus on the grammar skill. Fluent readers do not have to use the sound (it is only an option). I also have a bundle available with set I and II.
