Bilabial sounds are consonant sounds that are made with both lips (bilabial) and by partially stopping the air coming from the mouth when the sound is pronounced. Your early intervention caseload of children that usually work on these sounds will have a fun and useful speech session that will hopefully improve their labial closure and sound accuracy's.
