Description
The first of the Bossy R sound, er, one of the easiest to teach as it is most frequently found at the end of a word. 38 cards are in this deck, but you can remove any card for sounds you have not taught, but by the time my students reach this sound, they will already have knowledge of the sounds 'ing', 'th', 'oo' as in moon, and 'ai', also that double consonants make one sound. Words they will decode: fern, otter, mixer, letter, dinner, winter, tiger, summer, sister, pepper, ladder, flower, monster, fingers, scooter, butter, mother, father, waiter.
