Description
This deck provides extra practice with the structural analysis open syllables that accompany Wonders 2020 Unit 4 Week 3. In the first activity students will check how many consonants are between the vowels. The second activity provides students an opportunity to choose the correct way to divide the syllables. In the final activity students will first divide the word into syllables and then choose if it is an open syllable or a closed syllable. **These were made to be used with the Wonders 2020 curriculum but may be used for open syllable practice alone as well.
