Digital Learning meets stress and anxiety coping strategies with these interactive Boom Cards for grades 9-12! Teens and young adults often struggle to identify the difference between healthy and unhealthy ways of dealing with stress and anxiety. This activity provides an opportunity for middle and high school students to explore and identify 28 healthy and unhealthy ways to cope with unwanted stress and anxiety. Students will acknowledge each coping skill as either healthy or unhealthy and then identify the strategy further by identifying the type of strategy.
