Description
Students use picture cues to choose the correct spelling by reading the two choices. Two spelling patterns you can discuss are the "magic e" makes a say its name as well as c next to e sounds like an s. A more mature look for students who may be struggling and don't want decks with a "kindergarten" look to them. Possible IEP goal, "By January Bella will select the correct spelling of words with short a and long a medial vowel sounds with 80% accuracy."
