Subjects: speech

Grades: 14,13

Description

This set targets the phonological process of prevocalic voicing (incorrect voicing of consonants before a vowel). Students practice saying words with contrasting initial voiced and voiceless consonants (such as van/fan, bill/pill, doe/toe) to "paint" a winter picture piece by piece. Four pictures total (snowman, snow globe, penguin, and bird).
