Description: Our students have been working so hard! They deserve a break (and so do you). Help prepare hot cocoa for the class by finding the words that combine to make compound words. There are two correct answers for each slide. Both high frequency targets (e.g., butterfly) and functional school vocabulary (e.g., laptop) have been included. This product is designed with visual and behavioral accommodations in mind. Directions include visuals. Slides include clear, vibrant pictures with an overall uncluttered background to minimize distractions. A positive behavioral motivator is included. Following the activity, your student can prepare a cup of hot cocoa with moveable marshmallows, mini marshmallows, peppermint sticks and whipped cream. Ingredients for two have been included for use in a small group.
