This fun phonemic awareness game enables kids to practice isolating the initial, middle, and final sound in each cvc word in order to identify which sound has changed. After clicking the sound buttons to hear each pictured cvc word, kids have to identify which sound has changed: beginning, middle or ending. Then, they have to click on the counter which represents the sound that has been substituted (green: beginning sound, yellow: middle sound, red: ending sound). No text (except for the heading) has been included in this activity since phonemic awareness activities should solely focus on sounds. Audio directions are included when one clicks the 'i' button at the top and the white audio button. All the audio features will enable kids to work independently.
