Description: Phonological Awareness is the foundation for Reading and Writing success. Students who have phonological awareness know that language is made up of words, rhymes, syllables, and sounds. In this game students drag the thumbs up to the circle if the cvc words rhyme or drag the thumbs down to the circle if they don't rhyme. They can use the audio buttons to listen to the words. The purpose of this game is for students to have students discriminate between rhyming pairs and non-rhyming pairs of words.
