This engaging Tic Tac Toe game can be used as a motivating way to review target vocabulary. Players take turns to name an item and use the X and O counters to try and get three in a row. You can choose to use the boards with or without the word label depending on the child you are working with and the targets. You can step up the activity by asking them to tell you the subcategory or some adjectives to describe the item.
