This activity includes 14 different matching games with winter vocabulary. You could have your students name the item, describe the item, answer questions, or even make a sentence with the word. Includes the following boards organized by category: winter clothing, snowmen, winter sports, arctic animals, Christmas, Hanukkah, holiday treats, New Year's Eve. Also includes 6 boards with mixed winter vocabulary (including nouns and actions). How to Play: This game works best with 2 players (or 2 teams). Players take turns looking behind two numbers. If they find a match, they will put the numbered cards on their side of the board. Count the matches at the end to find the winner!
