It's the perfect way to work with mixed groups on language and literacy skills. The contents of the deck are as follows: Card 1: Clickable MENU CARD to select the desired activity. Card 2: Suggestions on how to access The Little Red Hen story. This deck is based off of the version by Carol Ottolenghi. Cards 3-12: Sequence the steps of the story. Student may also retell the story while creating the sequence. Cards 12-21: Comprehension questions about the story with 3 picture answer choices provided. Cards 22-31: Answering inference questions about the story with a fill-in-the-blank answer option. Cards 32-39: Complete the sentence on each card by choosing the appropriate past tense verb from a field of 4 choices. Cards 40-49: Identify the word (from a field of 3 picture choices) that rhymes with the word in a given picture. Cards 50-59: Answer questions with embedded temporal concepts (before/after) based on the sequence of the story. Cards 60-67: Complete the sentence by identifying the appropriate preposition word. Cards 68-79: Receptively identify the objects/ingredients for baking bread from a field of pictures. Cards 80-92: Follow the directions to make homemade bread.
