Description: During this activity, students will practice recognizing facial expressions and emotions. You could have your students name the emotion as they look for matches and/or describe a time when they felt that emotion when they find a match. There is also an earth day animals memory game for a fun reward at the end. I have also included a "How are YOU Feeling?" page so you can do a check-in at the beginning or end of the session. These memory games are designed to be used with speech and language groups during in-person or virtual speech therapy sessions. How to Play: This game works best with 2 players (or 2 teams). Players take turns looking behind two numbers. If they find a match, they will put the numbered cards on their side of the board. Count the matches at the end to find the winner! * IF YOU LIKE THIS GAME, PLEASE CHECK OUT THE OTHER MEMORY GAMES IN MY STORE TO PRACTICE ARTICULATION, VOCABULARY, AND EMOTIONS. YOU CAN ALSO FIND AN EARTH DAY STORY IN MY STORE WITH A VARIETY OF LANGUAGE ACTIVITIES.
