Description: This is a language activity targeting expanding and building sentences designed for use in teletherapy sessions of speech therapy for early elementary school students. The deck begins with a title card and an instructions page explaining the rules and mechanics of the game. The game is primarily played through two menus. One menu is a neighborhood with colorful houses for the student to choose from to go trick-or-treating. Each house links to one of 25 task cards containing 3-4 draggable words that are moved into a sentence structure, with high quality student friendly visuals including colorful illustrations, real-life photos, and familiar emojis. When the student drags the correct answers, a selection of candies are revealed. The student can then navigate to the candy bag menu to add those candies to their pumpkin bag. There is a secret hidden reinforcer game awarded to winners once all task cards have been completed. The winner menu is accessible at any time if the cupcake with the brain on top is moved, but the instructions give the student explicit instructions not to access it unless they have permission. The winner link takes the player to a reward activities: a drag and drop create your own jack-o-lantern game.
