Description: Articu-Games: An Articulation Game for L is a practice activity targeting phoneme [r] in the initial, cluster, medial and final word positions. The game is based on the strategy game ‘Battleship’ but in this version players search for hot air balloons hidden around the gameboard. There are two gameboards with 36 words and pictures on each for a total of 72 practice opportunities. The words for each game are presented first on a card labeled Practice Words. These are intended to be used as an optional, extra practice warm up drill before playing the game.
