Description: In this deck, students will identify how many pennies are already in the piggy bank and then drag and drop some more pennies to equal the amount requested. Every deck has an audio component that reads the math problem. If the piggy bank has pennies showing heads, the pennies dragged in will be tails. This helps to visually see the combinations that make up a number. For example, 5 might be 3 heads and 2 tails or 4 heads and 1 tail. Students are encouraged to use the "counting on" strategy to fill up their piggy banks. This deck will help develop automaticity of math facts and a student's ability to subitize.
