Description
Social skills are important for students to be successful in class and in life. Many students need to have explicit instruction to develop these skills. This Boom Learning deck teaches students about "even" and "uneven" conversations. An even conversation is one in which both participants are listeners and speakers. An uneven conversation is one in which a participant does not demonstrate good social skills. Using text messages or real-life situations, students determine if the conversation is even or uneven by selecting the appropriate button. A visual is provided to help students fix and uneven conversation.
