Your students are going to really enjoy reading sentences with sight words and short-O CVC words with this adorable amusement park-themed deck of 40 BOOM Cards. The deck is the perfect digital resource to help your students practice reading while at school or at home. Students will practice reading a set of sight words before moving on to CVC words with sentences. Students will read each sight word three times and then click on NEXT to continue. Then, students will read the sentence shown and then click on the matching picture. *Students can also click on the audio icons to hear the sight word or directions on each card. Students will be reading a total of 17 sight words and 33 sentences. By default, students will only be shown 20 cards per play. You can also hide cards as well, just go to your library and open up a deck, click the “Hide Cards” button on any cards you don’t want to be assigned.
