Description: Let your students practice multiplying decimals by 10, 100, and 1000 using this 20-card color-coded deck. The multiplication process is completed by moving the decimal point N place/s to the right according to the multiplier. Movable arrows and decimal point are provided to visualize the solution. Important to note that: 1. A zero (0) before the decimal point is required for all operands less than 1 for the solution to be considered correct. Zeros should be typed-in to complete the significant decimal digits. 2. Some boxes are meant to be left unfilled. 3. Multipliers are distributed as follows: 7 cards for x10, 6 cards for x100, 7 cards for x1000. Customize the deck according to your lesson by hiding/unhiding cards. Project on screen and answer together with your class or assign to students for individual practice. The deck is set to play in random order after the first 2 cards.
