Description: Are you looking for a fun way to practice some basic road sign identification with your students? This fun activity has students search for items in the dark by using a flashlight. Students will be given a visual picture of a road sign that they will be asked to find on the road using a flashlight. They will slide the flashlight around the screen until they find the sign. Once they find the sign, they simply press next and move onto the next sign! This is more than just a fun matching activity! Teachers can easily differentiate this for learners by discussing what each sign means, where students might see that sign, and what could happen if someone did not see that sign on the road. This is a wonderful activity to increase student engagement all while assessing them on important real world skills as well!
