This boom deck uses the ink or draw feature in boom. Please understand this before you try to use it. This activity is a fun way to work on articulation while keeping your students’ hands busy! You can use it as a competition of just as a personal challenge with each student. Challenge: The students will think of and try to draw as many pictures as possible that contain their target sound (not a competition). If the students have a difficult time coming up with articulation words, you can provide them a list of words to choose from (make sure you provide over 10 choices). Variation: You can also use this activity as a filler activity in between turns to keep students busy. For example, if you are teaching one student in the group, you could give this challenge to the other student(s) and ask them to draw until it is their turn.
