Description: Digital, no print resource – Boom Card Deck, helps your child build 3 + word utterances. Using a sentences strip and color coded Boardmaker symbols to incorporate AGENT - ACTION – OBJECT while describing a picture. On the first card, the student will answer to questions for “What is (agent) doing?” pointing to the correct response from 2 options. On the second the student will answer to the indirect object to then move the pictures of the agent, the action and the object into the correct place on the sentence strip to form a simple sentence “agent – action - object”. Color coded pictures are used to prompt the student to use the correct word order in the sentence The student can repeat the utterances while using the sentence strip as a visual prompt. This activity is repeated with different agents and actions and objects to form 8 different utterances, giving plenty of practice. Boardmaker Symbols used with permission.
