Description: The objective of this activity is to introduce the student to forms of verbs. This activity shows two forms of verbs: third person singular form (-s for simple present) and present participle form (-ing for present continuous). The verbs included are: play, read, think, work and learn. First, the student is shown simple sentences to model the forms of verbs. The student will type the specified verb form. Second, the student will learn to recognize a verb form when three verb forms are shown (e.g., read, reads, reading). The activity has a total of 22 slides.
