Description
The goal of this activity is to practice reading compound words in sentences. The student will read a sentence containing a compound word and will select the correct picture from an array of three pictures. The compound words included are: cupcake, pancake, snowman, sunflower, sunset, rainbow, starfish, jellyfish, seahorse, sandcastle, butterfly and dragonfly. Beautiful and vibrant real-world pictures are used throughout the activity to retain the student’s attention. The activity has a total of 12 slides.
